Featured are the high school’s Jazz band (directed by Eddie Freytag) & Wind Ensemble (directed Ron Peace, Crill Higgins). All three gentlemen are credited with the Cleveland Junior High School Marching Band, Concert Marching Band, & Blue Raider Marching Band. Annette Hughes was Field Commander at the 1981-1982 Fiesta Bowl National Pageant of Bands in Phoenix, Arizona.

The Fiesta Bowl Cleveland competed in was the 11th annual Pageant of Bands held in Phoenix, Arizona. Cleveland High School landed second place honors, traveling 1,700 miles for this competition.
This album was mostly recorded and mastered at Faith Production Studios in Cleveland, who specialized in local recordings, primarily gospel records from churches in the community.
